At Snowhaus, we are committed to delivering high-quality brand and design services with professionalism, transparency, and care. This policy outlines our payment and refund terms, in accordance with Canadian business practices and Ontario provincial laws.

1. General Policy
Due to the custom and creative nature of our services, all payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. By initiating a project with Snowhaus, you agree to the following terms:

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before any design work begins.
The remaining 50% balance is due after the final design presentation and client meeting, prior to the delivery of final files.
Final files will only be released once full payment has been received.
3. Project Cancellation
We understand that situations change. If a client chooses to cancel the project before completion, the following terms apply:
The 50% deposit remains non-refundable in all cases. Additional payment is required based on how far the project has progressed:
Less than 25% of the timeline completed
→ Client must pay 50% of the remaining balance.50% of the timeline completed
→ Client must pay 75% of the remaining balance.More than 50% of the timeline completed
→ Client must pay 100% of the remaining balance.
Project timeline and progress will be determined based on the stages and deadlines outlined in the signed project agreement.
4. Design Protection
Under Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act and Intellectual Property Law, Snowhaus retains the right to:
Set and enforce payment terms for custom creative work.
Withhold delivery of final files until full payment is received.
Retain all intellectual property until payment is complete.
Charge for services rendered even if a project is canceled before final delivery.
Clients acknowledge and accept these terms by signing the project agreement before the start of any work.
